One more reason for women compulsory exercise, which reduces the risk of cervical cancer. In fact, only about 30 minutes of exercise in one week alone can reduce a woman’s risk of cervical cancer.
The interesting fact is known through the study of the Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) in New York, United States. They conducted a study of 1128 women with cervical cancer and 512 cancer-free women. Apparently, people who tend to be less active are more likely to be diagnosed with cervical cancer.
However, only by exercising 30 minutes a week can make a big difference. If it does not work out with this duration, the potential of women for cervical cancer increased 2.5 times compared to that exercise.
“We think the results of this study could be a public message that people who exercise less associated with a greater risk of serious diseases. Our findings demonstrate each exercise can reduce the risk of cervical cancer,” said one researcher from the Department of Cancer Prevention and Control RPCI, Kirsten Moysich.
If you want to further strengthen the risk of cervical cancer not avoid smoking and doing regular screening.
