When is the Right Time for Teens Sleep?

It is not common anymore that up too late can damage the productivity of the next day. Not only distraction, stay up too late can affect health, especially like the majority of teenagers who attend school.
In adolescents the level of high school additional activities such as extracurricular formal and non-formal often make teenagers get hours of sleep less than adequate, due to too work hard themselves.
A new study published in the Journal of Sleep Research shows that young people must sleep in at 22:00 until 23:00 the night in order to get better performance.
The study, conducted by researchers from the United Arab Research in collaboration with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, Orebro University, and the University of California, Berkeley, looked at data since 2012 on eight thousand adolescents Norway aged 16 to 19 years toward academic records and hours of their sleep.
Researchers found teenagers who slept between 22:00 until 23:00 during the week has a value that is more satisfying in the group.
“Our findings suggest that to bed early and sleep at the same time during the week a good effect on academic performance,” said the researcher.
