Easy Ways to Burn Calories Excess

Finding a way to burn calories quickly may seem difficult to do. However, researchers from the University of Illinois have found a simple way that is believed to burn calories quickly.
The researchers observed eating and drinking habits of more than 18 thousand Americans who participated in the survey National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2005 to 2012.
Participants were asked to remember what and how much they eat and drink for 24 hours.
After analyzing the data obtained, the researchers found that when people add one to three cups of H20 or water to their diet, managed to cut 205 excess calories per day. These excess calories are usually obtained from fast food and sugary drinks.
That means there are 1,400 calories in a week that could be reduced by only drank water. In addition, the white water contains less saturated fat, sugar, salt and cholesterol are good for the body.
Tired of drinking water? Try adding fresh fruits such as strawberries or oranges and could also vegetables such as cucumber or ginger to mineral water. This could add a different flavor than the white water and remain healthy.
